Slopes and drainage
Hillside lots and terraced backyards need a base graded to shed water the right way. We plan the grade at the estimate, before the old lawn comes out.
HOA neighborhoods
Many neighborhoods here have an HOA. Bring your landscape guidelines to the estimate and we'll pick a turf and edge that fit them.
Heat and fading
Inland sun is hard on cheap turf. Ours is UV-stabilized and lead-free, and the pet infill we use stays cooler underfoot.
